CommercialFrom £700 + VAT / year+The Tpas commercial membership demonstrates that you value tenants and communities and are passionate about delivering the very best service when working in their homes and neighbourhoods. Three membership types - Contractor Membership – the main contractor to a Landlord, operating nationally (£1,350 + VAT)
- National Sector Membership – a commercial business that operates nationally, not a contractor (£950 + VAT)
- Regional Sector Membership – regional contracting services (£700 + VAT)
Fees Membership fees are based on an annual subscription and are priced from £700 + VAT depending on the type of commercial membership. Annual subscriptions run from 1st April to 31st March. If you join part way through the year we will pro-rata your fee. - From £700 + VAT per year

OtherAnnual subscription – pro-rata if you join mid-year+We want to work with all members of the social housing community and sector partners to provide a right-size membership so you can show your dedication to meaningful engagement, keep up to date with all the latest engagement issues, and have the chance to network with other members. Ideal for - Students, Overseas Landlords, Regulator bodies or Non-Landlord Charities or other Not For Profit organisations. (Not available for staff of Landlords who are not Tpas members.)
